Goodness of Fit
CoHo Cohousing Community is a close knit, participatory community. We've formulated some questions to help you consider whether our community will be a good fit for you. It's meant for your own consideration, and as a good discussion tool. If you agree with most of these statements, you might be a good fit for membership in the CoHo Community.
- I am interested in sharing work, celebrations, laughter, tears, and milestones of life with a community of people long term.

- I am happy to learn or already use Non-Violent Communication (a specific communication method developed by Marshal Rosenberg).
- I value both community and privacy and so desire to have my own home and out door space.
- I am happy to live in a community where each person's money/income is their own.

- I recycle, reuse, and share resources whenever possible.
- I am willing to do my part to create and maintain habitat for native plants and animals, including having my pets be indoor or contained, leashed or under certified voice control outdoors.
- I understand the fun, affection, comforts, and meaning pets add to their families' lives and am willing to work to promote a harmonious relationship among pets, pet owners, and non-pet owners and a peaceful, clean, and safe environment for all.
